Insurance

The 365 Wellness clinic does have the ability to direct bill insurance companies, but it is the responsibility of the client to check with their insurance company first to ensure coverage. There are different professions that provide counselling services, so it is important to confirm with your provider who is accepted. My credentials are a Certified Canadian Counsellor and I am a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada. 

Assessment

Completing diagnostic assessment is not something I am able to do. I do have training to complete some screening tools for the purpose of monitoring and/or identifying items of need, but these are not assessments and will not inform of a diagnosis.
